Graduate of University with a Bachelor in Information Systems I have 13 years of career in the area of Information Technology. I understand that not everyone has a technician who speaks their own language so I decided to set up this small business. To give an honest and professional English/Spanish service.

Work closely with project managers
Responsible for the performance of any/all functions involved in the development of new applications and/or the support/maintenance of existing applications. Work directly with clients to define and meet their decision support and data access requirements. Experience working in a large IT organization. Multi-task while interfacing with multiple teams (technical and non-technical) while maintaining an industry standard work atmosphere.
Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests
Guide and assist customers of various skill levels with complex technical computing problems either by phone or on site of difficulty while professionally interact with upper level management
